Kumon Math and Reading Center in Burnsville is looking for an early learner assistants.  Currently we are hiring two adults. 

This position is part-time, permanent and expectation of long-term commitment is required. Please do not apply if you are looking for a short-term or temporary position.

Job Description

The applicant should be proficient in English and should be able to assist two or three early learners at the same time. On the job training will be provided. 

Some other skills needed: understanding students' needs, attention to details. problem solving, giving feedback to the director about the performance of the students. A passion for education. 

Job Type: Part Time (6 to 9 hours per week)

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday 4pm-7pm. 

Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or education is a plus, but not required.
