I am looking to find a female roommate, preferably a woman in her late twenties, to fill the other bedroom in my 2bed/2bath 1000 sq ft apartment. Monthly cost is $1160 which includes rent & utilities. Hoping to find someone who wants to create a safe & welcoming environment!

You would have an entire private bedroom & connected private bathroom and a shared common space to chill in that is an open concept living room/kitchen. It is available for move in soon!

The kitchen is great for cooking, has updated appliances and a big island. The washer & dryer are in unit.

It has west facing windows so there is lots of sunlight especially in the afternoons. There are blackout curtains in the bedroom which is super nice for sleeping in. 

The location is amazing with easy access to city lakes & shopping/grocery centers. 

I am a working professional with a consistent and stable lifestyle, and follow a hybrid work schedule, so it's pretty quiet during the workdays around here lending to an agreeable co-working environment if you also happen to work remote or hybrid.
