Chicken w bones - 500gms
Redchilli - 5-6 (If additional spicy is required add few more)
Dhania Powder - 2tbsp
Onion - 4 Big ones (Chopped in squares)
Saunf - 1/2 tbsp
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon Sticks - 2inch
Ginger - 4 inch
Garlic - 10 flakes
Turmeric Pd - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1bunch
Poppy Seeds - 1tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Tamarind pulp - 1tbsp
Curry leaves - 3 tbsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
Salt - 2tbsp

Masala:

In a pan add oil and fry poppy seed, sauf, cloves, cinnamon,
quater portion of chopped onion, tamarind pup, red
chillies,turmeric pd, dhania pd, coriander leave, ginger and
garlic.
Add this fried ingredients in a mixer grinder and make a fine
paste.
Garnish:

Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add curry leave and then add
remaining chopped onion for 2mins. Not more than that.
Chopped Coriander.
Cooking Procedure:

1.In a cooking pan add 3 tbsp of Oil.
2.Add 2 tbsp of chopped onion. Fry until transparent.
3.Add cleaned chicken along with 1/2 tbsp of turmeric in it.
4.Leave it for one boil and then add grounded masala.
5.Add Salt as per taste.
6.Add 1/4 cup of water and add more if required for cooking.
7.Cook until chicken is half cooked.
8.Add grated coconut and stir well and get the chicken to dry
consistency.
9.Keep stiring now and then, so that it doesn't char.
10.Once the chicken is cooked well add fried curry leaves,
onions and chopped coriander.
11.Server hot with Roti/Rice/Chapatis.
