Ingredients:
Take 1 glass of Mango Juice (fr any Indian/American Grocery shop)
1 cup of dole pineapple chunks
1 spoon of fresh lemon juice (Optional)
1-2 Table spoon of Lemon Sorbet
If you are taking Lemon Sorbet then no need to mix the fresh
lemon juice.
Description:
Lemon Sorbet:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
5 tablespoons lemon zest
-In a medium saucepan, Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Bring to a boil, simmer 2 minutes and leave to cool. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the sugar syrup. Chill the mixture.
-Freeze the mixture in a ice cream machine, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Cocktail:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve with a stylish straw with a slice of fresh pineapple or mango. Enjoy in a humid hot day.
