moori[puffed rice], tomatoes2, green chillies2, jeera seeds half teaspoon,red chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt
step 1...soak moori or puffed rice in water for 3/5 mins till soft but not breakable.cut tomatoes into small cubes, and slice green chillies. step 2...heat oil in a non stick kadai...add jeera seeds first. let splutter step 3...add tomatoes and green chillies and let cook for 5 minutes. step 4...then add the moori and mix well.add salt ,red chilli powder, and mix well again...let cook for 5 minutes on low flame. step 5....put off gas and serve with dhania leaves or coriander leaves..
