Tofu (Firm) - 1 Box Spinach - 16oz chopped Spinach Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Corriander Powder - 1tsp Tomatoes - 3 Onion - 1 big onion Chopped Garlic - 3 cloves Ginger - 1 inch cube Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
This recipe is similar to Palak Paneer but without paneer. Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes after draining out the water Fry the tofu in pan , add a little salt. Boil tomatoes, spinach, garlic, ginger and chilli powder with very little water for 5 min Grind the the spinach mixture. In a pan fry onions till they turn golden brown. Add cumin and corriander powder. Add fried tofu and the spinach mixture paste and cook it on medium flame for 15min. Add salt to taste.
