4 Oz. cheese, Softened 3/4 cup milk 2 TbSp. Flour 1/4 tsp. salt 12 Eggs 1.5 cup fnely chopped ham (OPTINAL) 1.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 375. Combine cream cheese & milk. Add flour, salt. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Add cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Pree parchment paper into bottom and up sides of bar pan. Pour eggs mixture into pan & bake 30-35 minutes or untill puffy & golden. Remove from the oven. Spread mustard on it, then sprinkle with ham (optional) & cheese. Start at one end and roll up jelly roll fashion while parchment paper. Garnish with additional cheese & let stand 5 minutes for cheese to melt. Consider it your main dish for lunch/supper.
