2 cups of water Coriander leaves(2 stem) Curry leaves(4 to 5 leaves) OIl(2 tbspn) Jeera(1/2 tbspn) Peper(4 to 5 ) Garlic(3 pieces) Red Chilli(4 to 5 tbspn) Turmeric powder*1/4 tbspn) Salt for taste Tamarind(1 small ball)
Grind throroughly Pepper and jeera to nice powder Put tamarind in water for around 10 minutes and then remove the tamarind juice from tamarind to tamarind water Put chilli and coriander leaves. Then add pinch of turmeric powder to the water put oil on small vessel for sesame Then add garlic Then put the tamarind water Boil for around 3 minutes. Then add salt for taste then serve the rasam with rice.. Its a good appetizer.this ca be used after food or with rice..
